Carol Ann Whynot, of Hanover, passed away peacefully with her family at her side at Hanover and District Hospital on Monday, July 26, 2021. She was 70.
Born in Milton, Nova Scotia on April 17, 1951 to the late Stanley and Ruth (nee Anthony) Wamboldt. Carol married Paul Whynot on June 14, 1969 and was employed with Dairy Queen. Her greatest joy was from raising her children.
Survived by loved husband Paul Whynot of Hanover. Dear mother of Bonnie (David) Eden of Durham and Laura Whynot of Brampton. Special grandmother of Jordan (fiance Sabrina) and Sam. Carol enjoyed seeing her great grandchild Caiden, born only a short 9 months ago. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and their families.
To honour her wishes, cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association were appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
