Carol Steeves 19432021

Carol Steeves
1943-2021
Carol Ann Steeves, 78, of Riverview,
formerly of Berry Mills, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on
Monday, September 13, 2021. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of
the late Claude and Mary (O’Blenis) Steeves.
Carol lived a simple life and never
ventured too far from her homestead. She loved pretty things like
flowers, new dresses, and having her nails painted. She was a warm and
gentle person with a lovely smile, who adored her family and had a way
of simplifying everything through her honesty. She enjoyed helping
with BINGO at Lakeview Manor and was very happy to share her room with
Grace Branscrombe, who helped her in many ways, and with whom she
always got along with.
Survived and sadly missed by her Brother
who cared for her for many years while living at the homestead, David
(Jeannie) Steeves; sisters, Theresa Theriault, Nancy Keirstead, and
Barbara Rogers (Andrew); as well as many nieces and nephews, including
those she was especially close with, Mark Steeves (Christina), and
Tammy Steeves (Nick Martin).
In addition to her parents, she was
predeceased by her brother, Robert “Bobby”, and
brother-in-law, Eugene Keirstead.
Resting at The Salisbury Funeral Home,
3350 Route 106, Salisbury West, (372-4800) from where visitation will
be on Friday, September 17, at 1 pm, followed immediately by Funeral
Service at 2:30pm. Interment in Steeves Mountain
Cemetery.
If desired, memorials to the SPCA or a
charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
