HUTCHINSON: Carol Mary Luke (nee Kay) – as the sun was rising and the moon receding, the fireflies flickering and the birds awakening, Carol passed away peacefully surrounded by love and her family at her home on Tuesday June 29, 2021. Carol Hutchinson of Front Road, Norfolk County in her 76th year.
Beloved wife of Stewart Hutchinson whom she married June 4, 1966, Loving mother of Virginia Hutchinson (Adam Shafto) of Simcoe, Garrett (Alison) of Dundas and Tara Hutchinson of Front Road. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Ailidh, Hannah, Liam, Averey, Sadie and Grayden. Dear sister to Jeannie Wallace of Raglan and Debbie Gallant of Wellington. She will be remembered by her son-in-law Ian Gray of Kitchener and by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Carol was a community minded person, having spent time supporting many efforts over the years.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St. Port Rowan. Interment will take place later in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Walsingham.
In lieu of flowers, donation to Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences can be sent at www.gffh.ca
