It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bruce W. Waters, on Tuesday, November 23, at the age of 84, in Kemptville, Ontario. Bruce will be greatly missed and will continue to live in the heart of Gloria (Seville) Waters, his loving wife of over sixty years. Bruce’s memory will also be cherished by his three beloved children, Erica (Salvatore), Marida (Adriana) and Scott (Jamie), his three loving grandchildren, Alessandro, Caterina and Matteo, his brother and friend Bill Waters, as well as many extended beloved family members and friends. Bruce was born in Victoria, BC in 1937 to the late William and Helen (Scott) Waters of Kemptville, and worked from 1957 to 1998 for External Affairs (now Global Affairs Canada). He was a giver of great advice, of a proud thumbs-up, and loved adding his precious, quiet, unique humour to everyday moments. We will have a closed service for immediate family, and in lieu of flowers please make a donation to either the Humane Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
