Obituary
Eudoxie, Brenda (nee Zehr) passed away peacefully with daughter Jennifer by her side, at the Royal Terrace, Palmerston on Saturday July 17, 2021 at the age of 69. Loving wife to Peter Eudoxie. Proud mother of Jennifer Frayne, husband Paul and Lauren Eudoxie, husband Rorey LaPuente. Dear grandmother to Liam, Hudson and Harper. Remembered by her mother Elva, by her brothers, Don Zehr, wife Tracey and Greg Zehr, wife Casi, by her nephews, Zac, JD, Colton, Calvin, and Mitchell, and by her cousin and lifelong friend, Sandy Zehr. Predeceased by her father Lester Zehr.
Brenda was born and raised in Waterloo. In 1993 the family moved to Port Elgin to open the Tim Hortons, where she made an impact on many peoples’ lives through her caring and generous nature. Brenda believed in giving back to the community and was involved with Family and Children Services, Tim Hortons Foundation Camp and the Jeff Preston Rotary Golf Tournament. She enjoyed playing tennis and golf and the friends she made at Northfield Racquet Club, Southampton Tennis Club, Saugeen Golf Club and Viewpoint, Arizona. She was a caring and positive person who took time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures, including watching the sunset over Lake Huron. As her memory declined, she found the greatest joy in visits with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Tire Jumpstart.
