Obituary of Bobby Shaver
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our brother, on October 30, 2021, Robert ‘Bobby’ Shaver. Bobby is now in the open loving arms, of his Momma Irene Shaver and his Father Clifford Shaver of Cornwall/Brockville Ontario. He is survived by his Brothers Claude Shaver (Lucelia), formerly of Cornwall, Ron Shaver (Johanne) and their family Julie Whittaker (Jon), Kelly Shaver, Lisa Deschamps (Toby), all of Ottawa and his Sister, and best friend forever, Sherry (Shersher) Stone (Edmund) and their family Ebyn Stone (Jenny), Joel Stone (Katie) and Kyle Stone, all of Brockville. Bobby is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday November 4th, 2021 from 11a.m. to 11:30 a.m. followed by the Interment at Pauls Hill Cemetery, Avonmore.
The family wishes to extend our warmest appreciation to the loving staff and residents of the Mallorytown Group Home, Hwy 2 which was Bobby’s home for 36 years, and to the most professional, caring staff and residents of the Wellington House Nursing Home, Prescott Ontario, where Bobby resided for the past 4 years. In society’s view Bobby was a ‘special needs person’ but in the view of all who knew him he was just plain ‘SPECIAL’. Bobby, was a true gentle soul who enriched the lives of all who knew him. In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate donations to the Wellington House Nursing Home, Prescott or Brockville and Area Community Living Association. Messages of condolences may be made online at www.barclayfuneralhome.com.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Bobby
