Obituary of Bligh Coleman
Coleman, Bligh Ronald
1946-2021
It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bligh Ronald Coleman on Sunday, December 26th, 2021 at the age of 75. Bligh was born & raised in Ottawa’s The Village. He attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, Ottawa Tech, Champlain High School and worked for the Federal Government. He will always be remembered for his kind and gentle manner. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Avivian Coleman, sister Darlene (McLaughlin), brother Buddy and wife Pierrette. Survived by his brother Danny Coleman (Monique) and cousins. Fondly remembered as “Apple Pie” by his nieces, a fan of watching professional wrestling with his nephews, having an infectious laugh, a fantastic memory for conversations and being a great story teller to his friends and extended family. A special thank you to the Legion Montgomery branch and friends, for all their care and love. Bligh will be missed. May he rest in peace. Bligh’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. A celebration of life will be held at the Legion for Family and Friends at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to The Royal Canadian Legion Montgomery Branch #351, 330 Kent Street, Ottawa, ON, K2P 2A6.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Bligh
