Obituary of Bill Noseworthy
It is with great sadness the family of William Noseworthy of Burin announce his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on June 23, 2021 at the age of 70 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Sharon of 48 plus years; son Greg(Cathy) of Fort Mac; daughter Stephanie Hodder (Nathan) of Medicine Hat; grandchildren Andrew and Miranda Noseworthy and Nathalie and Nadia Hodder; siblings Shirley Clarke, Kathleen Kirby (Jim), Brenda White (Edgar), Kay Antle (Charlie), Phyllis Noseworthy (Greg) and Glen Noseworthy (Brenda) plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by parents Carrie and William Noseworthy; brothers Roy, Edward, Chris, Doug and Wayne and sister Leona.
Special thanks to Dr. Le and Nurses Jeannie and Bonnie at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center.
In keeping with William’s wishes cremation will take place.
Family will be accepting visitors Friday, July 2 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
Donations in William’s memory may be made to the family.
William worked at fish plant in Marystown for 38 and a half years and after closure of the plant he finished his career working in the mining industry in Alberta for 10 plus years. He was a proud father and grandfather he was all about his family they were his everything. He loved to play darts and was a very good mechanic. William was a very quiet man and a man of very few words. His family will miss him always and will cherish their memories forever.
