Passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Friday, July 23rd, 2021, at the age of 59. He was the son of the late Albert Harry and June Elizabeth Stone. Beloved spouse of Karen Goforth, for over 8 years. Father of Steven Vosbourg of B.C. Barton is survived by his step-mother Gladys Bell; his sisters Teri (Doug Champigny), Sue-Anne (Paul Moynes), Roberta (Cabanaw), and Lori (Postma Ted McNaught); his in-laws Jim (predeceased) and Irene McCauley, Terry McLaughlin (Debbie), Debbie Carey (Dale), Steve McLaughlin, Dan McLaughlin (Trisha) and Jim McCauley (Ellie). He will be remembered by his nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
He was a good man in his own way. Always willing to help anyone if needed. He moved to Peterborough to be there for his in-laws and to help them in any way that he could. He was a great worker when it came to working outside. He loved doing landscaping.
A Celebration of Life will follow in the near future.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
