Barry Fraese 1942 2021

Obituary of Barry Fraese
On July 30 at 2:39pm, we lost our beloved Barry. After a hard fought battle with cancer, he is now free.
He leaves behind his heartbroken family; wife Marion of 55+ years, daughter Rhonda and her husband Reg, precious granddaughters Reanna, Anika and Shaelyn, his son Steven and his wife Danielle, and his sister Linda.
He was predeceased by his parents Walter & Lillian Fraese and his sister Lorraine and her husband Herb Hinkelman.
Barry’s passion for farming started at a young age and continued throughout his life. He also loved to fly and did so for over 40 years, collecting amazing friends along the way through flying clubs and the Flying Farmers family. Barry also treasured his time serving local communities as a councillor for the RM of Morris for nearly 15 years. He was also chairman for the Morris District Handyvan Service for many years. Barry loved his coffee shop gang and rarely missed catching up with the news.
A private family funeral service has taken place at the Brunkild Cemetery. Barry, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend – we will never stop loving and missing you. Rest in peace.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation or to the Morris District Handyvan Service.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Barry
