La célébration de
Barbara Janicas
13 février 1950 –
2 janvier 2021
Our precious mother, Barbara Dos Santos Ribeiro Janicas, passed away peacefully January 2, 2021 with all her loved ones by her side.
Born on February 13, 1950 Seixo de Mira, Portugal
Immigrated from Europe to Canada July 1st, 1971
She is now resting in peace alongside her mother Clarinda and father Joao Flavio after battling Alzheimer’s for 9 years.
She was a devoted mom and wife. Always putting everyone first and taking care of their needs without limitations. She will leave behind her two loves, daughter Susan and son Steven.
Her prides and joy were always her grandchildren, Alexandra, Jacqueline, Nicholas and Cassandra and there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for them.
She was the life of the party at any events, always wanting her husband Carlos Janicas to spin her around the dance floor.
She possessed a talent for cooking and crochet and her love for animals was like no other. Her garden was her sanctuary and had to have the most beautiful picks of flowers and vegetables.
She was loving and comforting and always enjoyed the company of her son-in-law Marco and daughter-in-law Jenny.
To her husband she was and always will be his world.
She was funny, sweet, delicate and loved by anyone who she had the pleasure of knowing.
Her services will be private for immediate family members only.
You will never be forgotten, always in our hearts, forever our girl.
Rest In Peace Mom
