Obituary of Avon Brown
Brown, Avon Ezeriah – 88 of Bramber passed away in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor after a battle with prostate cancer on June 10th, 2021 to be with his Lord and Saviour. Born June 19th, 1932 in Bramber, NS he was the son of the late Ezeriah and Etta (Crossley) Brown.
Avon was a Father, grandfather, great grandfather, Uncle and friend for those who knew him. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved nature and especially his dogs.
Avon is survived by his Sons; Gordon (Linda), Ontario; Gary, Wolfville; Buddy, Alberta and Danny (Melissa), Lockhartville. Daughters; Debra (Stephen), Ontario and Dawn (Kevin), Hantsport, Brother Ezzie, Loving Nephew Rickey (Sandra), Bramber and Loving Niece Cathy (Doug) Lower Vaughan.
Besides his parents, Avon is predeceased by sons George and David and daughter Gearldine.
Donations in his memory of Avon may be made to the Cancer Society or the Hants Shore Community Health Centre, 5638 Hwy 215 RR1 Newport, NS B0N 2A0.
Cremation has taken place, there will be a private family burial held at a later date.
