Obituary for Art (Arpad) Geczy
Sadly, Art passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on June 5, 2021, in his 75th year.
Loved husband of Cindy and dear father of Kristy (Mike Johnson), and Matt (Hannah Rose). Most loved Pappa of Ashley, Joshua, Matthew, and Jordan. Art was predeceased by his parents Istvan and Margit Geczy, and brothers Steven and Andy. Art was an employee of Stelco and Roseland Produce.
Art was a man of few words and he loved nothing more than spending time with his family. He was content sitting around a campfire at Sauble Beach, with a beer in his hand and his family at his side. He was his grandkids’ biggest fan and a devoted, loving husband and Dad. Cremation has taken place.
