It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Archie Munns at the Hastings Manor Long Term Care Home on Friday, July 16, 2021 at the age of 81. Son of the late Archie Sr. and Pearl Munns. Predeceased by his loving wife Joan (Tanner). Much loved father of Cheryl Brooks (Gary Benoit) and Frederick Munns (Allison). Cherished grandfather of Kayla, Nathan, Travis, Stephanie and great grandfather to Jenny, Olivea and Sophia. Survived by his siblings Alvin Munns (late Marlene), June Bennett (late Russell), Pat Weymark, Pauline Roberts (late Don) and Diane Cannon (Rodney). He is also predeceased by brother Paul Munns.
In keeping with his wishes cremation arrangements have been made with the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588). A Graveside Service will be held on Monday July 26th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Belleville Cemetery. Masks / Social Distancing Required for those wishing to attend. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society are appreciated.
