ANNE ROBINA COX
1941 – 2021
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Anne Robina Cox (nee Larose), in her eightieth year, passed away peacefully with her soulmate by her side on June 7, 2021, at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital.
Anne will be dearly missed by her loving husband Dave after 66 years of adventure together, along with daughter Jane (Mike), son John (Julie), and brother and sister John and Sharon Larose.
Anne will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humour and contagious laughter. She was a colourful storyteller with a warm and welcoming heart, who enjoyed introducing new friends to the Hickory Hills community and celebrating their special moments.
A private ceremony will be observed by the family, and a celebration of Anne’s life will be held at a future date. The family is forever grateful to the wonderful 2 North nursing staff for their compassion and professionalism during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army, the Food Bank or the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital are welcomed and can be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519)842-5221. The family is also requesting that people share stories, memories and pictures that reflect Anne’s personality or positive influence on others. Fun stories are encouraged.
Personal condolences and favourite memories can be shared at www.ostrandersfuneralhome.com
