Obituary of Anita Katy Glivar
Passed peacefully at Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the age of 57 years. Dearly loved mother of Ryan Glivar. Beloved daughter of Ingeborg and the late Ludwig Obermeier. Dear sister of Everlyn, Carl and Roy. Anita will be missed by Ryan’s father, Ciril Glivar, her good friend, Ginette Veugelers as well as her nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held at the M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment at Queensville Cemetery. In memory of Anita, donations made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada, Wheels of Hope c/o the Canadian Cancer Society or to Georgina Hospice would be appreciated.
