William Bill Westendorp Sunday December 13th 2020

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Willem (William) Weswtendorp, entered into rest on December 13, 2020 at the age of 82 after a short, courageous battle with Leukemia. We are heartbroken at the loss of the centre of our family, our always capable Mr. Fix-it, our constant source of advice, joy, laughter and love. For many years he worshipped at Bethel Christian Reformed Church but later in life found a new home at First Presbyterian Church where he was a faithful attendee and volunteered in many different capacities with his church family.
Bill is survived by his wife Margriet; his son Raymond (Jean) and his grandson Nicholas. Also survived are is siblings Herman, Henny (Roger), Harold (Pam), Cobie (Robert), Joe (Claire) and Corrie (Stan) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Herman and Grace Westendorp and by his siblings and in-laws Trudy and Henry, John and Alice, Harry, Gerrit, Jan and Susan, Grace and Jake and Ann.
Due to the current Covid limitations, private arrangements are entrusted to the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland.
As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to any of the following organizations – First Presbyterian Church, The Brockville and District Hospital Foundation or the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (Cancer Care).
Send condolences or share a special thought of Bill on the Memory Wall above. Thank you.
