Gallant – The death occurred
suddenly at his home, in Edmonton, Alberta, on Wednesday, May 20,
2020, of Wade Richard Gallant, formerly of Summerside, PEI, age 65
years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late John and Olive
(Arsenault) Gallant. Survived by his daughter Dawn Cormier;
her mother Judy Gallant; grandchildren Riley and Jade Gallant; Sydney
and Cole Cormier; brothers and sisters, Judy (Charles) Weber,
Summerside; Joan Pye, Borden Carleton; Bobby (Joyce) Gallant,
Summerside; Brian (Shirley) Gallant, Stratford, Ontario; Allan
(Barbara) Gallant, Kensington; Paul Gallant, Summerside; Paulette
Richard, Summerside; Gloria Pineau, Summerside; Ronnie (Sylvia)
Gallant, Summerside; Colin “Yogi” Gallant, Summerside;
Shannon (Heather) Gallant, Summerside; Shelley Morrell, Summerside;
Timmy (Cheryl) Gallant, Summerside; and by numerous nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Kenny
Gallant. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No
visiting hours or funeral service by personal request. Memorial
donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association, PEI Addiction
Services or the PEI Lung Association would be
appreciated.
