Obituary of Vivian Mills (nee Needham)
MILLS, Vivian (née Needham)- Formerly of St. Thomas, passed away at her residence, Terrace Lodge, Aylmer on Saturday, March 14, 2020, in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald F. Mills (1992). Dearly loved mother of Randy Mills (Suzanne “Sue”) of St. Thomas. She will be missed by her grand-dog Zoey. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and their families. Vivian was the last surviving member of her siblings, having been predeceased by a sister and four brothers. Born in London Twp., ON, April 5, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Isabella (née Corsaut) Needham. Vivian was an employee of Bell Canada in her earlier years. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, St. Thomas for over 50 years. A private graveside service will be held at Elmdale Memorial Park, St. Thomas. A public celebration of Vivian’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to Knox Presbyterian Church re: Rodney Outreach Fund will be gratefully acknowledged. Arrangements entrusted to the SIFTON FUNERAL HOME, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160).
