VEINOT – Dorothy Maxine, 98, of Caledonia, Queens County, passed away peacefully in North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia, on Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
Born in Maitland Bridge, Annapolis County, she was a daughter of the late Robie and Pansy (Thompson) Ford.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter Judy Frail of Caledonia; sons Donald of Halifax, N.S; and Doug of Caledonia. Grandchildren Nathaniel, Emily, Rebecca, Jordyn, Hayley, Chris and Angela; great grandchildren Aubrey, Abigail, Cohen, Logan, Brian, Alaura, Peyton and Hayden.
Besides her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Oran, her sister Isabelle Lohnes; brothers Oscar, Randall, Lawrence and Kendall.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, N.S. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date.
