On May 28, 2020, Thora Ellen Rogers (nee Firth) in her 95th year, passed peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband William (Bill) Rogers. Loving Mother to Larry (Barb) and Dianne Lynne. Loved Grandma to Kirsten (Darren), Gethan (Keeley), and Brandon (Vanessa). Cherished Great-Grandmother to Adalyn, Bennett, and Liam (+1). Predeceased by her siblings, Frank, Percival, Horace, Joseph, William (Bill), Ida, Mary, and Edith. Thora was a member of the Fairview United Church and enjoyed sewing, knitting, and tending to her gardens. The family extends their sincere thanks to the staff of the Brantford General Hospital, and the C.C.A.C. for their loving care of Thora. Arrangements have been entrusted to TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Stedman Community Hospice.
