Tait, Terry William Age 68,
Lochiel Lake, Guysborough County passed away peacefully on Wednesday,
September 23, 2020, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital,
Antigonish. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late Robert and
Bernice (Malloy) Tait. Terry worked for various Forestry Contractors
throughout his life. He was obsessed with fixing and repairing old
cars. Terry deeply appreciated the wonderful level of care he received
at St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke, St.
Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish and to the Homecare
personnel over the past three years. He is survived by sister, Sharon
J. Tate; brother, Dennis (Maria), Indian Harbour Lake;
nieces and nephews, Jacki (Dave MacKenzie), Beverly (J.D. Brown),
Zachary (Lexii Peters), Abigail, Juan Martin (Emily),
Nicholas; grandnephews, Shawn, Juan Martin Jr., Matias; grandniece,
Aleigha. A private graveside service will be held Sunday September
27th in Birchhill Cemetery, Lochiel Lake with
Rev. Freda Steeves officiating. Memorial donations may be made to St.
Martha’s Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Funeral
arrangements are under the dignified and compassionate care of G.W.
