Terry’s Obituary
NICKERSON, Terry Lee Austin- 62, Woods Harbour, It is with great sadness that the family of Terry Nickerson announces his passing in the Halifax Infirmary on Sunday, March 15, 2020. Born January 16, 1958, he was the son of Austin and Claire (Amiro) Nickerson. Terry loved camping, hunting and fishing. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and loved them dearly. He will be missed by all that knew him. Besides his parents, Austin and Claire, Terry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Debbie (Muise) Nickerson; daughters, Heather Nickerson (Chris), Rhonda Nickerson (Jonathan); grandchildren, Jordan Nickerson (Tanisha), Dylan Nickerson (Madison), Summer Penney; brothers, Dennis Nickerson (Wanda), Austin Nickerson (Maureen); sisters, Tricia Hatfield (Guy), Cheryl Penney (Derrick); and aunt, Annis MacNeil (Wendal). He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Albert and Ruth Nickerson. Given the restrictions due to the Covid19 virus, the family has chosen to limit visits to the funeral home and funeral service, at Calvary United Baptist Church, Woods Harbour. We thank you for your understanding and condolences in these difficult times. Interment will take place in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Woods Harbour.
