Obituary for Mrs. Susan Chan Louie
June 14, 1930 to October 16, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Luisa Siy Co on September 30th, 2020 at the age of 69 years. She passed peacefully at home with her daughters beside her following a short battle with lung cancer. Luisa will be fondly remembered by her three daughters and their husbands, two grandchildren, five brothers and a sister, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
With profound sadness and sorrow, we announce the peaceful passing of Susan Chan Louie on Friday, October 16, 2020.
Left to mourn are Stephen Kwok Poon Louie, beloved husband of 67 years; 7 children: Dennis & Margaret, Winston & Esther, Janice & Dennis, Cindy & Bruce, Teresa & David, Michelle and Laurel & Sam; 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was a devoted wife and mother whose greatest joy was gathering her family together, planning and cooking delicious feasts. She never forgot a birthday and will always be remembered for her cheerful greetings. She will stay forever in our hearts as the elegant matriarch of our family.
A private family memorial service will be held. For extended family and friends who would like to attend the celebration of life for Susan Chan Louie, a live stream will be made available.
