On Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Cherished wife and best-friend of the late Morris. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Reggie, Daniel and Angela. Loving grandmother of Sasha and Lucas. Devoted daughter of the late Sam and the late Jennie Wasserman. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Hazel and the late David Wasserman, and Stephanie Kaneb and the late Gerald Wasserman; and sister-in-law of Gordon and the late Claire Samuels. Dearly loved and caring aunt, great-aunt, and great-great aunt of Jon, Robbie, Ruth-Ann, Elayne, Eli, Deborah, Paul, David, Carol, Nick, Louis, Jill, Bram, Adam, Michelle, Erin, Zachary, Marilyn, Sophia, Anthony, Abby, Ellis and Alfie . Lifelong friend of Pesel, Mildred and cousin Naomi. Blessed with the recent friendship of Kriss who helped her maintain her independence. She will be sorely missed by the entire family that was so important to her and whom she loved tremendously. A private graveside will be held. I would just like to leave my sympathies for the family. I was blessed to know Sureka for the last while and she made a big impact. She was full of spunk and was just the kindest soul I have ever met. No matter how she was feeling she would always have a smile and a chuckle for me and always made sure to tell me to take care of myself.
