Steve’s Heavenly Father called him home on Thursday January 2, 2020, at 60 years young. Born, Wednesday February 25, 1959 in Glencoe, Alabama, USA. Steve is survived by his best friend, devoted and loving wife, Pat (Hollinshead). He is also survived by his loving parents, Edward (Stan) and Daisy Hollingsworth of Auburn, Alabama. Steve is predeceased by his loving in laws, Clifford and Helen Hollinshead, his Great-Nephew, Brendan and many aunts and uncles. I know his fur baby, Aubie greeted him. Steve has four sisters that will miss and always love him, Martha Jordan, Beth Hollingsworth, Cindy Hollingsworth and Sandy Armstrong (Chris) all living in the USA. Steve was an awesome father to Paula, Fred (Laurie) and Rob (Nikki). He was the best grandfather (Boomer as some called him) to 8 beautiful grandchildren, Kayla (Josh), Taylor (Scott), Braydon, Ryder, Rhys, Chelsea, Dryden and Bryar. Steve also has 5 Great Grandchildren that will miss him.
He will be greatly missed by Pat’s siblings, Brenda (Herb), Stan, Judy (John) and Dave. Steve will be missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He will be greatly missed by his special aunt, Vera Hastings. Steve had many good friends from his younger days. His best buddies, Ron, Ed and Wayne love and miss him dearly. Steve will be missed by his Walmart Family, especially Dawn and Krista (Sparky).
Daddy’s little fur buddy Timmie ,misses him so much! He had many friends from childhood while growing up and many new friends in Ontario Canada that will miss him. Steve was born and raised in Glencoe, Alabama USA. He came to Ontario Canada many many years ago. He was a kind, caring, thoughtful, gentle soul. Steve loved everyone and was loved by many. “Steve I will cherish the 22 years we had together, you were a blessing in my life! My heart is shattered, but I know you are in a better place, free from the pain you endured. Now is your time to Rest in Paradise, play golf with Pop and fish with Aunt Pip”.
“Until we meet again Sweetheart, I love you mostest!” As per Steve’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Steve’s Life will take place at a later date.

I would have fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of the lord in the land of the living. Wait on the lord, be of good courage and god will strengthen your heart. Wait I say, on the lord.
