Shirley’s Obituary
After a seven year stay at her second home, Pleasantview Manor, Shirley Viola Clarke passed peacefully away on September, 25th at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, just shy of her 87th birthday.
Predeceased by, Husband, Ted B. Clarke; parents, Maxwell and Margaret Cole; brother, Noel.
Thankful for the blessings of a great Mom are, Bruce (Wendy), Bryon (Mary-Jo), Wyman (Josephine), Renee, Maxwell (Jonathan), Tina and Paula (Barry).
Left with fond and loving memories are her grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
Survived by her brother, Melvin; brother-in-law, Bram; sister-in-law, Joan.
In light of the current pandemic there will be no public visitation or funeral service. All services will remian private for family only. However, there will be a brief celebration of her life during the service on Sunday, October 4th, at The Salvation Army Citadel, Lewisporte.
*If you plan to attend this service please register at The Salvation Army Citadel, Lewisporte on Wednesday, September 30th, or Thursday, October 1st in the morning between 9:00-12:00.*
As expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to The Parckinsons Society of NL or The Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Lewisporte.
