Shediac – Dolorès Poirier, 72, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, November 27th, 2020.
Born in Tracadie, NB, she was the daughter of the late Albert and the late Irene (née: Basque) Savoie.
Prior to retirement, she was owner of Evangeline Variety in Shediac Bridge.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Monique Chiasson (Marco) of Bathurst; her son, Rodrigue Poirier of Dieppe; her grandchildren: Eve, Samuel, Zoé and Maya; her siblings: Raymonde Chapman (Doug) of Moncton, Huguet Savoie (Winnie) of Fredericton, Heliodore Savoie (Gail) of Moncton and Cecile (late Robert) Poirier of Shediac; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Rodrigue Poirier in 2009; her son, Denis Poirier and also by her sister, Sandra Savoie.
A private funeral for invited family guest only will be held from Passage Funeral Chapel, Shediac Bridge.
The funeral will be broadcast continuously and can be viewed live on the Passage Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PassageFH/, on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at 10:30 am.
