Robert’s Obituary
SLAUENWHITE, Robert (Bob) Aubrey – age 79, Aylesford, NS, passed away Friday December 11, 2020. Born in Victoria Harbour, NS, he dedicated his life to helping others and serving God as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Robert held many jobs; a mason, a carpenter, an autobody repair man, and 22 years as a school bus driver. Everyone who knew Bob knows how much he loved cars, especially his beloved 58’ Chev Impala. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda (Veinotte) Slauenwhite; daughters, Kimberly (Robert) Keddy, Aylesford; Pamela (Troy) Slauenwhite, Timberlea; grandsons, Dylan (Kalie), Dustin (Larissa), Mitchell; special grandniece, Shelby; two sisters, Sylvia Rhona (Ervine) Veinotte, Nicholsville, Theresa (Harvey) Freeman, Aylesford; as well as numerous nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his father Aubrey and mother Anna (Watton) Slauenwhite, nephew Donald Currie (Cory) Freeman. As per Robert’s wishes cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, Middleton; toll free 1-855-825-3448. Due to public gathering restrictions, an online service via zoom, will take place Saturday December 19 at 2pm. with Philip Spinney officiating.
