Passed away on December 14, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital at the age of 71.
He is deeply missed by his beloved wife Mayra of 33 years. Cherished Father of: Oscar Urbina, Victor Urbina, Shirley Caal (Juan), Leslie Reyes (Noel) & Andy Martinez (Olympia). Loving Grandpa to: Kathy Smith (Joel), Leann Urbina-Sanchez (Adrian), Gabriella Urbina-Sanchez, Raul Martinez-Lara, Christian Reyes, Aliyah Martinez-Lara, Mia Reyes, Gabriel Caal, Andres Caal & Anthony Reyes.
Oscar’s family will hold a private family gathering at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Private Cremation has taken place.
