GREENACRE, Melanie Jean (nee Russell)
68 years, passed away peacefully with family by her side, on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Windsor Regional Hospital- MET Campus. Loving Mother of Jeffery (Bronwyn) Greenacre and Meghan (Patrick) Giles. Cherished Nana of Aislinn, Payton, Celton, Evan, and Lucas. Dear daughter of the late Leonard and Jean (nee Dewar) Russell. Sister of Danny (Cheryl) Russell. Will be missed by her nieces and nephews, Angela, Michael, Scott, and Colleen. Mel had a passion for crocheting and aqua-fit. She loved spending time with her family. A special thank you to the ER and ICU staff at MET Hospital for all of their great care. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E., 519-253-7234, on Monday, July 13, 2020, from 10 a.m- 1 p.m. Burial at Victoria Memorial Gardens to follow.
