My most sincere sympathies to the friends, family, and community of Dr Koffler. She has been an inspiration for so many over the years, and her loss will be felt keenly. Her generosity to the University of Toronto and the pharmacy community in particular was legendary; her support of, kindness toward, and interest in students and their development was transformative. She will be missed, always admired, and fondly remembered.
My deepest condolences to all who are mourning the passing of Dr. Marvelle Koffler. Her dedication to an impressive collection of causes has led to the bettering of lives for many across Canada and around the world. In particular, Marvelle and Murray Koffler’s support for pharmacy education at the University of Toronto has left an immense legacy. She will remain a true inspiration to others.
