Marquerite’s Obituary
Nichols, Marguerite Pearle – 99 of Nictaux, passed away peacefully with her family by her side in Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Thursday April 2nd, 2020. Marguerite enjoyed reading and loved spending time with her family. Born in Bloomington, NS, Marguerite was a daughter of the late Herbert and Florence (Vidito) Parker. Marguerite is survived by her daughter, Sharon Acker (Donald Sherman), Nictaux; son, Carroll (Dorothy) Nichols, Lower Sackville; grandchildren, Darren Acker, Wayne and Julie Nichols; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; sister, June Tupper, Whitehorse, Yukon. Besides her parents, Marguerite was predeceased by her husband Earle, sister, Gladys Powell; brothers, Lamert, Russell, Gerald, Shirley and Elwood. There will be no visitation by request. With respect to the current and ongoing concern with the Covid-19 Pandemic and to keep everyone safe, there will be a private graveside service in the Nictaux Cemetery. Pastor Jeff Milne officiating. Family flowers only, donations may be made to charity of choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home 398 Main St., Middleton (toll free 1 855-825-3448).
