Lucie Marie Teresa Porteous
Peacefully on Monday, December 21st, 2020, Lucie Porteous, beloved wife of Leslie Porteous, passed away at the Lion’s Prairie Manor at the age of 78 years.
Lucie was born at St. Boniface, Manitoba and lived in various locations throughout the Province. She was married to Larry McLaughlin for 26 years. Following his passing in 2013, Lucie married Leslie Porteous on March 29th, 2014.
Lucie enjoyed being involved with the children’s programs at Portage Evangelical Church, as well as with her friends in the Bible Study group. The Herman Prior Centre was also a place where she was active when able.
Lucie and Les enjoyed many out-of-town trips together. Special ones were to Moose Jaw Mineral Spa, and Delta Beach.
Left to mourn her passing are her Husband Les and special friends Sarah and Frank Letkeman.
