Obituary of Lillian Frances Dauphinee
DAUPHINEE , Lillian Frances-age 85 of Lantz passed away peacefully on November 18, 2020 in Cedarstone Enhanced Care, Truro. Born in Lantz she was a daughter of the late Elsworth and Gladys (MacHardie) Lively.
Lily had a love of baking but especially enjoyed sampling each creation. She was very kind and would help anyone in need. Lily would feed the birds and enjoyed watching them outside her living room window.
Lily is survived by her children; Stephen (Carolyn), Dara (Perry) Rhoddy, Donald, Tony, Tim (Janice); grandchildren, Shane, Philip, Dereck, Tara, Crystal, Holly, Thomas, Brittany, Amanda, Nicole, Anthony, Ryan, Carson, Davis; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Lily was predeceased by her husband, Donald; sons, John, Michael in infancy; siblings, Bertis, Jimmy, Lila and Bob.
Cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, November 28th in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. Rev. Gerry Kerr officiating. Private interment to follow the service. *Please note that Covid-19 provincial restrictions will apply during these events; mask-use and social distancing are in effect. In lieu of flowers donations in Lily’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
