Obituary of Lawrence Henry Rath
RATH, LAWRENCE HENRY
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lawrence Henry Rath on Thursday, December 24th, 2020 in his 93rd year. Lawrence passed peacefully in his sleep. For over seventy years he was beloved husband, best friend and soulmate of Ruth Rath. Loving father of Dan Rath and his wife Georgette Gagnon of Toronto. Randy Rath of Toronto and daughter Tracey Rath of London. He cherished his grandchildren Kieran and Callum and his special granddaughter Kelsey. He was happy to welcome his one month old great-grandson Cian Lawrence Jay Rath. Predeceased by brothers Harold and Alvin. Survived by brothers Charlie (Phyllis) Rath, Doug (late Noreen) Rath, and sister Marilyn (late John) Flynn. Special thanks to PSW’s Nojoud, Pryia, and Heather. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to Down Syndrome Association of London.
