At Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay surrounded by his family on Thursday morning, January 30, 2020 in his 86th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Barbara Emmorey (nee Coomber). Loving father of John (Brenda), David (Sylvia) and Tara (Greg). Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Shawn, Shannon, Kandice, Christine, Tiffany, Madisyn, Tristan and Noah and by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Dear brother of Belle. Also loving remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Joyce. Joe worked as a welder for Allen Tank for many years. He owned and operated Blue Spring Welding with his wife Barbara. He specialized in aluminum welding. He enjoyed fishing, bonfires with the children, grandchildren and swimming in the River with family.
Private Family Arrangements
A private family service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the COBOCONK COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 6644 Hwy. #35, Coboconk, Ontario (705) 457-6333.
