John Charles Tennant Saturday December 12th 2020

Tennant, John:
Passed away suddenly on December 12, 2020 at home in Kitchener, Ontario at the age of 74.
Beloved husband of the late Delores (2015).
Loving father of Andrea.
Survived by his siblings Allan, Clare, Lloyd, and Lawrence.
Predeceased bv his parents Alfred and Lena and his siblings Jerome, Geraldine, Marjorie and Willy.
Will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
John, affectionately referred to as John-Boy by his family, was a kind man with a quiet strength. He was giving with his time – always helping people out. He loved volleyball and was a member of the Lutheran Church Layman’s League. He enjoyed spending time at the cottage and fishing on Charlotte Lake as well as taking time to himself to enjoy his sweets, especially his ice cream sandwiches.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Private cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Faith Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
