van de Kamp, Jennifer – Ms. Jennifer Anne van de Kamp on November 22, 2020 at the age of 45 years. Beloved spouse of Kevin Creighton of Cornwall. Loving mother of Shelby van de Kamp of Long Sault. Cherished daughter of Michael and Phyllis (née Smith) van de Kamp, of Long Sault, and daughter-in-law of Kenneth and Helene Creighton, of Barrhaven. Sadly missed by her brother Jeffrey (Jennifer) and niece Lennox all of Long Sault, and her brother-in-law David of Barrhaven. Predeceased by her grandparents Robert and Doris Smith, and John and Sheilah van de Kamp. Cremation has taken place. Interment at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery.
