At the age of 97 of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia passed away on September 30th, 2020 surrounded by family at the Admiral Long Term Care Centre, Dartmouth, NS.
Isabel was born in Lower Argyle, Yarmouth County, NS to Addie and Wilbur Morton of Lower Argyle. She was one of nine children.
Isabel always gave of herself and never asked anything in return. She was a proud stay at home mom, and family meant everything.
She is survived by her daughters June Austin (Emmett), Dartmouth, NS, Nancy McLean (Randy), Dartmouth, NS, sons Terry (Birgit), Beaverbank and David (Jane) Dartmouth, NS; grandchildren, Ronny, Kenny, Jennifer, Stephanie, Melissa, John, Derek and Kelly and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Beth Goodwin, Yarmouth, Joyce Lennox, Yarmouth and her brother Sonny Morton, Lower Argyle, NS.
Isabel was predeceased by her husband Roy S. Frost Jr. and her son Robert; also her sisters Evelyn, Hester, Hazel and brothers Allen and Ray.
A special thanks to all of the Admiral Long Term Care Centre staff and a special thanks to everyone involved in mom’s last day. Thank you for caring for mom and also David and June.
Cremation has taken place, under the direction of Dartmouth Funeral Home and internment will take place at a later date at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Argyle, NS.
