Harry Romolock
December 1 1936 – October 24
2020
Harry Romolock of Cambridge, born December 1, 1936 in Roblin
Manitoba passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at St.
Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener surrounded by family. He is
survived by his loving wife Jenny Romolock (nee Wyka) of 60
years. Beloved father of Mark, Nadine and Susanne (Gary).
Loving and proud grandfather to Eric, Sabrina, Brenden, Mikayla,
Thomas, William and Ryder.
Along with other socializing he enjoyed his time on the golf
course with friends and family.
Best remembered by his grandchildren for competitive monopoly
games, stealing cribbage points when we didn’t count them
(the best way to learn), always having the cleanest car and
yet would take us to African Lion Safari and let the baboons run all
over it. He was a rascal through and through who loved his wife and
his family. He always had a chuckle and a twinkle in his eye, with his
tooth pick in his mouth and his pocketed shirts. We all saw him in his
final moments but we will always remember him with a smile, a
curiosity, and an unexpected joke.
A special thanks you to St. Mary’s Hospital,
6th Floor Nurses and Doctors for their
care and compassion. In accordance with Harry’s wishes
cremation has taken place. As expressions of
sympathy, during these difficult times donations can be made
to St. Mary’s Hospital or a charity of your
choice.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Harry Romolock 19362020..
Death notice for the town of: Cambridge, Province: Ontario
