Gianfranco Moro

Obituary
MORO, Gianfranco “Frank”
January 20, 1938 – August 4, 2020
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a great man. Loving husband to Rina for 49 years. Cherished father of Louis (Marla) and Susan Sleiman (Buck). Proud Nonno to Gianni, Marco, Andrew, David and Matthew. Brother to Pietro (Bruna), Pia (late Pietro), and Maria (Mario). Brother-in-law to Frank (Jane). He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, and all of his extended family. Frank was a long-time member of the Caboto Club. He sang in the Men’s Italian Choir and the Church Choir of St. Angela Merici Parish for many years. He loved spending time with his grandkids, never missing a hockey or soccer game. Frank had a passion for gardening and traveling while always keeping busy helping his family and others in the Italian community. He was a hard worker and a devoted family man. He will deeply be missed. Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., Windsor, 519-253-7234 on Friday, August 7 from 3-6 p.m. A private family service will take place followed by cremation. If desired, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or the Windsor Cancer Foundation. All in attendance are asked to wear a mask due to health unit requirements. Online condolences and cherished memories may be made at www.windsorchapel.com

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Gianfranco Moro..
