Obituary
It is with great sadness and love that we announce the passing of Gary Steven Davis at Hospice Peterborough on Dec. 23, 2020. Gary fought his battle with cancer with courage and strength throughout his 50th year. Gary was a wonderful husband of 23 years to Julia (Livings) and fun loving dedicated father to his daughters, Grace and Joy. He was a loving son to Gordon and Mary Davis and a caring brother to Chris (Gorica). Gary will be greatly missed by his mother and father in law, Tom and Susan Livings, many brothers and sisters in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Gary loved spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. He was an avid curler in high school and college and worked for many years as a mechanic at the chocolate factory in Campbellford. His quiet yet memorable presence will be dearly missed by the many friends he made during his life journey that ended way too soon. Private Family service will be held at the Upper Keene Cemetery. COVID-19 Restrictions are in place. Donations in memory of Gary can be made to Hospice Peterborough or the Keene United Church and can be made through the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough.
