Enid M. Chappell
1942-2020
Suddenly at home on Wednesday September 9, 2020 of Enid M.
Chappell of Kensington aged 78 years. Born in Sea View, May 18, 1942
daughter of the late Samuel M. and Annie E. (Champion) Burt. Wife of
the late Gerard Shreenan and the late Sterling
Chappell.
Sister of June (late Francis) Dunning, Helen (late Ronald)
MacDonald and Lillian (Clayton) Warren. Sister-in-law of
Jean Sherren-Burt, Rona Burt and Mae Laughlin.
Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. She was
predeceased by sisters and brothers Ruth (Frederick) Folland, Norma
(Weldon) Crossman, Colin (Marjorie) Burt, Ralph Burt, Elmer Burt, Don
(Elaine) Burt, Edythe Burt and Charles Burt and brothers-in-law Roland
Landry and Gerald Laughlin and sisters in-law Evelyn Coakes and
Margaret Hobbs.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington. Due
to Covid 19 restrictions no public visitation will be held.
A private funeral service will be available to watch online after
10:30 Friday by following the Video of Service tab on the left side of
the page. Interment in People’s Cemetery Kensington. If so
desired contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
