Peacefully, on September 3, 2020 at Hastings Centennial Manor. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Elliott (2018). Loving mother of Beverley Elliott of Toronto, Joanne Burroughs (Gary) of Highland Grove, and Brenda Bowen (Doug) of Highland Grove. Predeceased by her daughter Diane Shank (Leon). Loved grandmother of Teresa (John), Jody, Jenny, Joe (Melissa), Mary (Brad), Tom (Katie) and Sarah (Matt). Great-grandmother of Dillon, Dustin, Destiny, Mack, Julia, Morgan, Liam, Zackary, Jack, Brendan, Noah, Marshall, Will, Lyla, Wyatt, Meaghan, Megan, Sam and Madison. Daughter of the late Thomas Hogan and Mary Ann Coe. Sister of Viola Jordan, Leo Hogan, Luella Madill. Predeceased by Bernie Eward, Alphonse, Irene, Clem, Marie, Bridget, Mike and M.J. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Julia always had plenty of food and goodies whenever someone dropped by. She adored her dogs. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private funeral mass will take place at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Highland Grove, ON with Father Vic Valles presiding. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzhiemer Society would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
