Dorothy Lynna Lamb 2020

Obituary
LAMB, Dorothy Lynna
Passed away, with family at her side, at her home in Washago on Monday, March 30th, 2020 in her 80th year. Beloved mother of John, Brenda, Debbie and the late Keith. Loving grandmother of Jonathon, Alish, Frankie, Eugene, Preston, Ryan and the late Doni. Great grandmother of Charlie, Austin and Christian. Dear sister of Connie, Frank and Philip. Predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Edith (nee Bradford) Lamb and siblings Deanna, Lloyd and Bill.
Dorothy adored her soap operas, old movies and watching golf for many hours not only enjoying the game but admiring the beautiful grounds of which they played upon. She loved the outdoors, fishing, playing bingo and spending time at the casino. Dorothy loved to cook and was quite talented at preparing dishes for family and friends. She loved all animals, large and small. But it was her selflessness that her family will remember most, always helping others at a time of need. Dorothy will be truly missed but never forgotten to all who knew her.
The family wish to thank those that cared for Dorothy during her final days. Your kindness and attentiveness will never be forgotten.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Messages of condolence can be left at www.billingsleyfuneralhome.
