It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Doreen at home, on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, surrounded by her family. Wife of the late Yusuf Abdulezerz’l. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Solly (Alfred) and Mazal Abdulezer, Aboodi (Morris) and Gilda Abdulezer. Adoring grandmother of Jessica and Yuhooda, Jennifer and Menashi, Vanessa, Joseph and Amanda, Robert and Laurel, and Andrea. Proud great-grandmother of Emily, Matthew, Jason, Ethan, Jacob and Ella. Sister and sister-in-law of Gloria and the late Salimz’l Abdoo, the late Meir Abdooz’l, Monique and the late Albert z’l Abdoo, and the late Jamilz’l and Rachelz’l Abdoo. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, friends and community. The family wishes to offer their deepest gratitude to Nerren, Marilyn and Emy for their wonderful devotion and care. An elegant and well-respected lady who devoted her life to her children.
