It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow that we say goodbye to our sister Deborah (Moran) Pursley in her 54th year.
Predeceased by her precious angel Shane, Mother (Theresa) and Father (Jim) Moran of Pouch Cove, Brothers Basil and Paul, and Sisters Bernadette and Suzanne. Leaving behind to rejoice in the life she lived, as well as cherish the memories are her husband Steve, Daughters Chantel (Brandon) and Renee (Kevin), Stepchildren Rachel, Maria, David, Alex (Shawna), and Stephen (Brittany). Also left to mourn are siblings Chris (Betty), Len (Mary), Christine (Pat), Theresa (Herb), Sheila (Doug) and baby brother Jay.
Deb was also blessed to have many adoring grandchildren who were prominent in her life and always vied for Nana’s attention. As well as grandchildren, she leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Also saddened by her passing, are three friendships that she had formed over the years. Deb has lived in Ontario for many years where she met Tamara Cudek, who became a very special friend of hers. During her years growing up in Pouch Cove she had also made two important friendships, Michelle Penton and Barb Hudson, who were fortunate enough to still have her in their lives.
We will miss her dearly but are happy that she is now at peace with our other family who have passed on. Until we meet again Deb xoxo

Deb’s Ashes will be brought home to rest with our family here in Newfoundland. Donations in Debs honor may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
