1966-2020
Deanna H. James of Hanwell, NB passed away on December 20, 2020 at
Wauklehegan Manor. Deanna was born on January 1, 1966, a daughter of
the late Henry and Pauline (Rutherford) James.
Deanna attended and graduated from Harvey High School. She then
attended St. Andrews Community College to study drafting, followed by
courses at Holland College in Charlottetown to study architectural
technology. Once she completed her studies, she lived and worked in
Charlottetown for the next 30 years. Deanna loved her work as an
architectural technician and her friends say she was one of the best
in the business.
She is survived by two sisters, Barb Hatfield (Hal), Hanwell, NB and
Marilyn Jamieson (Robert), Harvey, NB; a sister-in-law, Laurie James;
a brother-in-law, Merlyn Webb; a stepbrother, Dwight Moffatt (late
Mary); several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three sisters,
Eleanor James, Cheryl Webb and Sheila James; two brothers Errol James
and Laurie James; her stepmother Leona (Moffatt) James.
There will be no visitation. A private funeral service will be held
at Knox Presbyterian Church, 2421 Route 3, Harvey, NB on Wednesday,
December 23, 2020 at 2 pm by invitation only due to Covid 19. Rev.
Anne Boudreau will officiate. To attend virtually join ZOOM

Interment will be a later date at Harvey Settlement Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Deanna, the family
has suggested the Alzheimer
Society or SPCA.
