D Mary Simpson Friday April 3rd 2020

Doris “Mary” Simpson (nee Goetz), born January 26, 1937 died peacefully at home on Friday, April 3, 2020 in her 84th year.
She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
Mary was dedicated to her faith in the Lord which was evident in her life with everyone. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Saviour in 1972. She lived her life loving her family, friends and was dedicated to God. She read her Bible faithfully and believed in God’s promises, knowing her soul is with Christ. She fully believed that God’s goodness and faithfulness sustained her throughout her life. Psalm 36:5
Her fervent love for Jesus inspired her life and her love for others in simplicity and humility to share His love with others. “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8
She never gave up on sharing her faith with everyone she possibly could. John 3:16
She enjoyed quilting with her “girls”, reading, gardening, cooking and loved to be with her family.
Devoted and caring wife of husband John Simpson of Clifford for 45 years. Mother of Sharon Walter (Ken) of Hanover, Randy Schnurr (Rachelle) of Arthur and Karen Moore (Ross) of Goderich; grandmother of nine grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Proverbs 31
